Last summer I went out with Team URSA to launch the URSA 2.1 vehicle. Aboard that vehicle was the ROCKETLinker prototype. You can learn more about that launch at their page.
As for the ROCKETLinker, we could say it was a nominal success. The device ran for a few seconds into the launch at which point the physical connection points failed holding the removable CPU down. While this setup allowed for easier testing, it did not work well during the launch conditions. The next iteration will solder the CPU board down and further down the road, the CPU will be placed directly on the PCB. Due to time constraints and quirks of the not fully implemented NuttX OS, the software was completely bare bones. I will continue to document bare bones on the Pcduino.
The next step is to get my HAM radio license and begin work on the next iteration.
